Negative environments exist because the influence of negative people in that environment is stronger than the people who have a more positive outlook. You are not a student leader because someone gave you at title. True leadership happens when you can live out your values when it’s hard. That is the only way a negative climate will change. When the more positive people have the loudest voice.
